Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a product from Blitzball Labs, a brand operated by Beijing Shandianqiu Entertainment Co., Ltd. (北京市闪电球娱乐有限公司). Our paid products (Blitz DAW and CloseCrab licenses and subscriptions) are sold through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds for these purchases are handled in line with the Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. If local consumer protection laws or this policy give you additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights will always apply.

14-day refund window. You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Requests are reviewed case by case, and statutory withdrawal rights in your country always apply.

01Global refund policy

Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds may still be issued:

  • on a discretionary basis if you submit a request within 14 days of your purchase (see section 05); or
  • where you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right for your country (see section 02).

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. If you receive a refund, access to the relevant product will cease and the associated license key is deactivated. This does not affect your rights in relation to products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose (see section 03).

02Country-specific rights

Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal rights, those rights apply and override this policy. The highest applicable standard is reflected below:

  • EU / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom: a 14-day right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund. This applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription. It does not apply to digital content you have begun to download or use after expressly consenting to waive your withdrawal right.
  • Turkey / Israel: a 14-day right to withdraw and receive a full refund.
  • China / South Korea / Brazil: a 7-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery and receive a full refund.
  • Canada: a 7-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery and receive a full refund.
  • Singapore: a 5-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery or first access and receive a full refund.

To exercise these rights, request a refund within the period above, counted from the date of the transaction (see section 04).

03Technical or product defects

If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from using the features as described:

  1. Contact us first at support@blitzball.lol so we can try to resolve the issue or arrange a refund.
  2. If we cannot resolve it, contact Paddle support (see section 04) with details of the issue and our response.

Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

04How to request a refund

To withdraw, cancel and/or request a refund, you can:

  • use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email from Paddle;
  • submit a request via the support link in your receipt or in your account's billing page; or
  • email us at support@blitzball.lol from the address used for the purchase, with your order number and reason.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Transaction records are used to verify eligibility and timing but will not override your statutory rights.

05Discretionary refunds

A refund may be issued at our or Paddle's discretion if a request is submitted within 14 days of your transaction date. Submitting a request within this period does not guarantee a refund.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account relevant factors such as the nature of the product, the reason for the request, and any applicable terms. A request may be approved in full, approved in part, or declined. A discretionary refund is voluntary and does not create an obligation to provide refunds for future or similar requests.

06Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Add-ons linked to a subscription expire when the main subscription ends, unless otherwise stated.

07Processing & timing

If eligible, refunds are processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment method. On refund, the associated license key is deactivated and may no longer be used.
