Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Because our paid products are digital software licenses delivered instantly, this policy explains when you can get a refund, how to request one, and the few cases where refunds are not available. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Blitzball Labs, a brand operated by Beijing Shandianqiu Entertainment Co., Ltd. (北京市闪电球娱乐有限公司), at blitzball.lol.

14-day refund window. Request a refund within 14 days of purchase under the conditions below — no drama.

01When you're eligible

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if any of the following apply:

  • You have not activated the license on a device, or have used the paid features only minimally.
  • The software has a defect that prevents normal use and we cannot resolve it for you in a reasonable time.
  • You were charged in error or charged more than the advertised price.
  • You purchased by mistake (e.g. a duplicate order) and have not substantially used the license.

Remember: the core apps are free and open source, so you can evaluate Blitz DAW and CloseCrab before buying a paid tier.

02How to request a refund

  1. Email support@blitzball.lol from the address used for the purchase.
  2. Include your order number (or payment receipt) and the reason for the refund.
  3. If it's a technical issue, briefly describe the problem so we can try to help first.

We aim to reply within 2 business days.

03Processing & timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment method. On refund, the associated license key is deactivated and may no longer be used.

04Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not generally refund the current period once it has started, except where required by law or where you cancel within the 14-day window above and have not substantially used that period. Renewal charges are not refundable after the new period begins, but you can cancel to prevent the next renewal.

05When refunds aren't available

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • The 14-day window has passed (unless the law in your country provides otherwise).
  • The license has been fully used, shared or transferred, or you've downloaded substantial paid content packs.
  • The request results from a change of mind after extended use.
  • There is evidence of fraud, abuse or chargeback abuse.
  • The product is the free, open-source core (nothing was paid).

06Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country (for example mandatory withdrawal or refund rights). Where local law gives you stronger rights, those apply.
